Ma's Massage Oil
Therapy begins at home. We reformulated our family massage oil recipe to make Ma’s Massage Oil. In fact, that's her on the label.
We've prepared this one the old school way. Camphor, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Mustard Seed, Ajwain Seed and Clove Oils work together for a wonderful massage.
Use it the Ayurveda way, too—warm up the oils before you apply them. The heat helps make massaging and absorb-ability of the oils easier.
Castor Seed Oil (Ricinus Communis Seed Oil) is an antibacterial, detoxifier, and moisturizer. Stimulates the immune system, and offers pain relief.
Mustard Seed Oil (Brassica Juncea) can provide relief for rheumatism, arthritis, sprains and aches. The selenium present in the oil reduces effects of inflammation induced by joint pain
Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil is both an anti-inflammatory and an analgesic that can help to soothe both the inflammation and pain that is associated with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and even muscle injury.
Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita Oil) stimulates circulation, bringing oxygen to your aching parts to assist in the healing process.
Coriander Seed (Coriandrum sativum ) can help in reducing pain, muscle spasms and cramps. It also can help calm feelings of shock and trauma
Ajwain Seed (Trachspermum Ammi seed Extract) can help with inflammation and spasms.
Camphor has analgesic (pain relieving) effects that can calm down internal spasms. It also has great anti-inflammatory properties.
Cinnamon Leaf Oil (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Leaf Oil) can help to alleviate muscle pains, aches, chronic pain and joint stiffness.
Clove Oil (Caryophyllus Flower) is an anti-inflammatory oil with antimicrobial, antibacterial, analgesic and warming properties.
Tocopherol is basically Vitamin E. It helps skin heal and extend the shelf life our oil-based products.
