We want you to love our products as much as we do. But if you are not completely satisfied with your Free Lion products you can send them back to us for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges.
How can I get a refund or exchange?
As long as the products are unopened or lightly used (80% of product still in its original container) we can help! Items bought on sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Step 1: Contact us here with your order number and reason for return. Knowing your experience helps us do better. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange details.
Step 2: Ship the items back to us in the original packaging. You will have to pay for return shipping.
Step 3: we will issue a refund or store credit (minus original shipping costs) as soon as we receive your returned items.
